Party Packages / Services will be confirmed after receiving 50% advance of the total amount, balance to be paid 3 days before the event. We wish to inform you that, package / service delivery and labor charges will be charged extra depending upon the package taken and location. Payment can be made by cash / cheque & by bank transfer.
In case, of cancellation of the event after receiving the advance and before the balance payment is paid, advance payment will not be refunded. If the event is cancelled 3 days before the event date, 100% of the package /service charges will be applicable as cancellation charges. If the client wish to reschedule the event, the same can be done by giving 3 days prior notice before the event and subject to availability.
All the necessary per venue permission and security clearance to be provided by the client on the day of the event.
Rental charges for all the packages / services are for 3 hours, additional charges will be applicable over and above 3 hours. Please be informed that additional charges will be applicable in case the event is extended after 11.59pm.
Parental / Guardian supervision is requested all the time during the event. Rent a party will not be responsible for any injury to any kids/ person and damage to any property.
Any legal disputes arising shall be under the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.
